Customer Sign In
To enroll a new customer, you must first sign into your account at Melaleuca.com. You can do this at "Customer Sign In", or if you go directly to Online Enrollments you will be given a sign in page.

Beginning a New Enrollment
Select the enrollee's status, language, country, and if they will be a business builder, then click "Start New Enrollment". You now have a choice of 2 methods to complete the enrollment.

Method 1: Enroller Fills out the Form
This method is similar to the previous version of Online Enrollments. You fill out the form up to the digital signature, then click "Submit Online Enrollment" and an email is sent to the enrollee. The email contains a link and password necessary sign in and complete their digital signature. After submitting their digital signature, they will get a welcome email. The enrollee may now place their first order by web or on the phone.


Method 2: Live Enrollment Session
A great new feature of online enrollments is the ability to complete the form together, as the form is interactive. You will see what your new customer enters as they enter it and they will see what you type as well. With your new customer on the phone, click “Start a Live Session”, enter the customer’s full name, email, and phone number. Click “Invite to Live Session” and an email will be sent to them with a link and password.



The web address and password the new customer will use to sign in are displayed for you in the blue bar. Tell them to visit www.melaleuca.com/(enrollee’s phone number with no dashes)

Finishing a Live Enrollment Session
Both enrollee and enroller can fill out the form. Each will see what the other enters. While filling out the form, if either person changes what has been entered, a pop up will alert the other user of the change. The enrollee can accept or reject changes made by you.

After filling out the form and the enrollee has completed the digital signatures, either the enroller or the enrollee may submit the form. Congratulations your customer is now enrolled. They will get a welcome email and may now place their first order by web or on the phone.

Pending Enrollments
When you sign in and go to Online Enrollments there is a listing of your pending enrollments. These enrollments are missing just the digital signatures. You may view any of them as well as the password the enrollee needs to sign in to complete the form.


If you click on "View Password" the enrollee's temporary password will be displayed.

You may give this to your enrollee as the web address they need to log on -
http://content.melaleuca.com/(enrollee’s phone number with no dashes).

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can an email be resent to an enrollee from a pending enrollment?
A. Yes. You can resend an invitation to a live session email by clicking on the "Start a Live Session" button in the blue bar at the top of the form. The enrollee can join you immediately or login later, at their convienience, and complete the form.

Q. Can I save a partially filled out form?
A. Currently only a form that is missing the digital signatures can be saved.

Q. Can a pending enrollment be completed via a live session?
A. Yes, simply click "View Enrollment" in your pending enrollments. Then click "Start a Live Session" in the blue bar at the top of the form.

Q. Are just my pending Online Enrollments listed?
A. No. All of your online, phone, and fax pending enrollments are displayed.

Q. What will happen if during a live session my enrollee looses their connection?

A. You will be able to complete the form up to the digital signatures. As long as all of the required information is filled out you will be able to submit the enrollment. The enrollee will be in our system as a direct customer until the digital signatures are completed. The enrollee can use that same password and web address to log back in to complete the form. If you loose your connection the enrollee can complete the form and submit it.
